I Am Loved And Worthy Of Love Mandala for Dana.

Beginning in 1991 a group called the Institute of HeartMath began to discover and document the power of the heart. HeartMath has recorded the heart to be approximately 60 times greater electrically and up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain. This awareness places the brain relatively weak in comparison to the heart. Your heart is literally creating reality around you, just like a magnet.

I Am Loved was created from an image of a Fragipani or Plumeria that I took in Panama. Plumeria flowers with their beautiful colors and fragrance symbolize natural beauty. Secondly, they represent spring, new life, new beginning, or birth. The plumeria stands for both, creation and recreation. Frangipani is known as an attraction or "drawing" plant and can be used to bring things "to" you.
The frangipani is the national tree of Laos, where it is called dok jampa. It is regarded as a sacred tree in Laos and every Buddhist temple in that country has them planted in their courtyards. Many of the trees are hundreds of years old and are spectacular, huge, gnarled giants.
The 5 petals on the Frangipani are said to be represent five qualities necessary for psychological happiness: sincerity, faith, aspiration, devotion and surrender.
The frangipani is also associated with love in feng shui.
Many Hawaiian leis are made from frangipani flowers. In the language of flowers, Frangipani are said to stand for love long in absence, as for a sailor long at sea.
"Warming" oils such as those from Plumeria, are said to have a calming influence on those suffering from fear, anxiety, insomnia or tremors.
The background for The Heart Knows was created from an image of a white iris with rain drops on it taken in my garden on Vancouver Island, BC.
Iris means faith, hope and wisdom, among several other inspirational meanings. In The Heart Knows, it is to remind one to have Faith....Faith in ones dreams, and Faith in What the Heart Knows. Knowing that it is Safe to listen to the Heart, and that we can Trust what the Heart Knows and tells us.....remembering that the heart energy is 5000 times stronger than the brain energy. Creating from the Heart is infinite, divine, and perfect, and things will unfold easily and effortlessly with perfect timing.
So today use your imagination like a child, dream from your heart and surrender to the magic unfolding as you have Faith and Trust in the Power of the Heart!
