Lavender has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Research has revealed that the essential oil of lavender may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.

Thank You. It was such a blissful day....and we gathered such an abundance of lavender.....I smelled like it for days. The owner had a participating "spa day" for her harvest day. I was participating as a guest, but also as one of the "spa" providers doing acupressure neck and shoulder releases in the lavender field. And we were all treated to lavender roasted lamb with beautiful salads and desserts for lunch.
